9. Account Closure & Data Removal

• Cancel all active membership(s)

• Remove stored payment token(s)

• Remove license plate(s) and RFID tag(s) linked to the account

• Remove personal identifiers including name, email, and phone number

Due to system and security requirements, certain non-identifiable account records may remain securely retained for

accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Once processed, the account will no longer be associated with the user and cannot be accessed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revised versions will reflect a new “Last Updated” date.
